Bring your ideas to life with glazes during the glaze workshop! This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to experiment with different glaze techniques and create unique works of art. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this session offers a fun and creative way to develop your skills.
What can you expect during the workshop?
Choose your item: You can choose from a wide variety of items to paint, such as cups, plates, mugs, bowls, jewelry racks, plant coasters, and even larger statues. Each item has its own price, depending on its size. For example, small items like cups can cost €10, while larger pieces like statues can cost up to €60.
Glazing: After you have chosen your item, there will be an explanation of the different glazing techniques while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. When everything is clear, you can start applying the glazes. Let your creativity run wild by making your own designs and patterns, don't worry if you have no inspiration, you can look around at the inspiration posters or other nice examples in the studio. Experiment with different colors and techniques to create your own unique work of art.
Firing and Pick-up: Once you have finished glazing, the items will be fired in our ceramic oven. You can pick up your creation in the studio within a maximum of two weeks. Although it would be great to see you again, if you would like your artwork to be sent to your home address, we can arrange that too. Please note that the shipping costs are for you and the delivery is at your own risk.
Please note: The workshop price includes the use of glaze, materials, baking your work and coffee/tea with something tasty. The price for each item you paint is paid separately in the studio and varies from €5 to €60, depending on your choice. This can be paid in cash or by pin.
