A Cozy Spooky Evening Full of Colour, Pottery & Creativity

Mark your calendar for September 20th!

From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we'll be creating a cozy Halloween atmosphere together. An evening to step away from your busy mind, make something beautiful with your hands, and enjoy a relaxed, creative experience.

This workshop is taught entirely in English.

During this special Sgraffito Halloween Edition, you'll decorate a unique hand-thrown ceramic piece. No mass-produced items, no standard plates: every piece has been individually handcrafted by us, making each one completely unique.

You'll first choose your favourite ceramic item, and then the creative fun begins.

A Little Spooky, A Little Magical...

We start by applying colourful layers of engobe (coloured clay slip) to your ceramic piece, creating a vibrant base. Then comes the magic of sgraffito.

Using a carving tool, you'll draw and scratch your design through the coloured surface. As you carve, the lighter clay underneath gradually emerges, creating beautiful contrasts and bringing your design to life. Step by step, you'll create a ceramic artwork that is entirely your own.

For this Halloween Edition, you're welcome to get inspired by pumpkins, bats, ghosts, spider webs, stars, moons, and mysterious patterns.

But don't feel limited to Halloween themes. Perhaps you'd rather create a meaningful word, a simple pattern, or a completely personal design. That's perfectly fine too.

Bring Your Own Ideas

Feel free to browse Pinterest beforehand and print out a design you'd like to use. You can refer to it during the workshop or even trace parts of it onto your ceramic piece.

Prefer to keep things spontaneous? That's absolutely fine as well. Just come as you are and create your design on the spot.

No experience is necessary. We'll guide you through every step and help whenever needed.

The most important thing is that you enjoy a relaxing and creative evening.

An Evening to Enjoy

And of course, no cozy evening is complete without something delicious.

Throughout the workshop, you'll have access to a large selection of teas, along with sweet treats such as chocolates and vegan cookies.

So picture this: candles glowing, tea steaming, music playing softly in the background, and your hands busy creating. A small creative escape from everyday life.
